Salads

Caesar Salad
     Fresh Romaine lettuce, croutons, bacon, and Parmesan cheese tossed with a wonderful dressing.  

Corn Salad
     Whole kernel sweet corn, tossed with green onions, ripe olives, shredded cheese, bacon and a great ranch dressing. 

Cole Slaw
     Shredded cabbage and carrots mixed with chopped pickles and green pepper in  a mayonnaise dressing. 

Pasta Salad
     Chunks of fresh tomatoes, green peppers and sweet onions tossed with pasta in an Italian dressing. 

Potato Salad
     A southern specialty.  Cubed cooked potatoes tossed with pickles, onions, sweet pepper, onions, spices, mustard and mayonnaise. 

Garden Salad
     Fresh lettuce and vegetables tossed with bacon, shredded cheese and croutons, served with an assortment of dressings. 

Black-Eyed Pea Salad
     Black-eyed peas,  sweet corn,  tomatoes, green onions, pimentos, ripe olives, spices  tossed in an Italian dressing. 

Pea Salad
     Sweet green peas, sliced water chestnuts, onion, sweet pickles, and tomatoes tossed with mayonnaise, lemon juice and seasonings. 

Cobb Salad
     Beautiful on a buffet.  A platter of fresh lettuce covered with rows of celery, onion, carrots, cucumber, bacon, shredded cheese,  and diced boiled egg, served with croutons and assorted dressings. 

Fresh Fruit
     A bowl of a variety of fresh fruit, cut into bite sized pieces, an arranged tray of fruit, or display. 

Broccoli Salad
     Broccoli flowerets, raisins, onion, bacon and shredded cheese tossed with a sweet and tangy dressing. 

Waldorf Salad
   The classic, with chunks of tart apples, celery and raisins in a sweet mayonnaise and whipped cream dressing.
