Chopped
cooked broccoli blended with garlic cheese, cream cheese, butter, onions,

Shrimp Lousianne
A beautiful choice. Cooked
and peeled shrimp in a sauce with onions, green pepper, hot Creole
mustard, tomato sauce and Cajun spices. Served as an hors d’oeuvre, or
can be a salad choice when served on crisp Romaine lettuce.

Baked Brie w/
Caramelized Pecans
A baked brie wheel covered
with a hot pecan caramel sauce. It looks lavish and tastes great. Served
with crackers or baguette slices.

Smoked sausage slices,
fried and put in petit biscuits seasoned with Cajun seasonings with a
touch on mayonnaise. Served warm.

Seasonal fresh fruit,
sliced and served on a tray or cut into bite sized pieces and served in a
bowl with a spoon. Clients love the beauty and the ease of the fruit
served in the bowl, and it can also make a great salad choice.
Hot Crabmeat Dip
Crabmeat, cream cheese,
onions, spices and a touch of horseradish. Sprinkled with slivered
almonds, and served hot in a chafing dish with crackers or toast rounds.
Crab Balls
I didn’t know what else to
call them!! Bread crumbs, crabmeat, onion, seasonings, formed into balls
and deep fried. Served warm.
Sausage Stars
Sausage , black olives,
peppers and cheese, cooked in mini pastry shells. Bite sized and served

w/ Balsamic Sauce
Fresh mozzarella balls,
