     Chicken breast tenders,  soaked in buttermilk and seasonings, dredged in flour and deep fried.

Chicken and Dressing Casserole

     My mother’s recipe.  White meat chicken pieces baked in a casserole with sage dressing.

Baked Chicken Breasts

     Chicken breasts coated in a mixture of sour cream, lemon and spices rolled in seasoned bread crumbs and baked.

Chicken Parmesan

     Chicken breasts coated in bread crumbs,  parmesan cheese and spices and baked.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

     Breaded chicken breast smothered in cheese and baked in a tomato based pasta sauce.

Chicken Rotel

     Chicken breasts, cheese and egg noodles cooked in a sauce with chili seasonings and Rotel tomatoes.

Cranberry Orange Glazed Chicken

      Chicken breasts baked in a slightly sweet sauce made with orange juice and fresh cranberries, with a touch of cloves.

Chicken In Bacon

     Bacon wrapped chicken breasts baked in a sour cream and mushroom sauce.

Chicken Supreme

     Seasoned chicken breasts soaked in a sour cream and lemon sauce, coated in cracker crumbs and baked with butter.

Chicken Au Gratin

     Classic au gratin with chicken.  Chicken breasts cooked with cheese, onions,  fresh mushrooms and sherry.

Grilled Chicken Salad

     One of our most popular choices.  Grilled and seasoned chicken breasts sliced and mixed with mayonnaise, celery, onions and fresh herbs.

Beef

Beef Burgundy

     Cubed beef simmered with fresh mushrooms and onions in Burgundy with herbs and seasonings.  Served with parsley egg noodles.

Beef Roast

     Premium roast oven baked in onion seasonings, sliced and served with gravy.

Lasagna

     American style….lots of meat!  Made with three cheeses and fresh herbs.

Beef Stroganoff

     The classic.  Sliced beef sirloin cooked with mushrooms and onions in  a sour cream gravy.  Served over parsley egg noodles.

Barbeque Brisket

     Beef brisket slow baked for hours in a tomato based seasoned sauce with onions.  Sliced with sauce.

Sweet and Spicy Meatballs

     Meatballs seasoned and cooked in a sweet, slightly tangy sauce.  Served hot.

Pork

Smoked Pork Loin

     It’s our specialty!  Whole pork tenderloins slow cooked until tender, and basted in a sweet sauce with  spices .  Sliced and served with Bourbon BBQ Sauce.

Apple Butter Ham
     Quality ham, baked and basted in a sauce with apple butter, honey, spices and Dijon mustard.

Ham Au Gratin
     Chunks of ham baked in a casserole with cheese, onions, fresh mushrooms and a splash of sherry.  Served with herbed rice.
